Tacos Al Carbon

3 Flour tortilla tacos stuffed on open flame fajita chicken or beef. Served with lime rice or Mexican rice and black beans, charro beans or refried beans. A scoop of guacamole and scoop of sour cream. Substitute the flour tortillas with handmade corn tortillas.
